Our 2014 Gratitude Report is Now Online!

We’re warming up the winter with some good news from our Gratitude Report! The report is an update for you, our friends and supporters, who make a huge difference in the lives of women and children at our shelter.

We’ve formatted the report like a storybook so that we could focus on our children’s program in a meaningful and entertaining way. We tell the story of Jack, a young boy at our shelter, who talks about the hope that Interval House’s supporters (the “lights in the windows”) give him. Jack’s story represents the hope that our supporters give to all of the children living in our shelter. See the report to read Jack’s story and to learn more about how your support helps the children and women here at Interval House.

You, our donors, are the lights in the windows. Without your support, we wouldn’t be able to provide hope and happiness to children like Jack, and help women to start over and create new, happy, and successful lives, free from abuse. Our Gratitude Report includes reflections from our Board Chair and Executive Directors, as well as a snapshot of our financial statements.

Art and storytelling are two of the important ways we help kids heal, and we thought Jack’s story would be a perfect way to demonstrate the positive impact your support makes. All of us at Interval House thank you for being the lights in the windows. We couldn’t do all we do without your support. Check out our Gratitude Report to learn how your donations are making a difference.
