Healthy living is an important part of healing. As part of our Health and Wellness program, a nutritionist, Andria, held a workshop for the families in our residence last night.

Families learned that eating healthy is part of the healing journey and is another important way that you can take care of yourself. Andria shared nutrition values, and information from the Canada Food Guide, along with tricks to get your kids to eat well.

On October 14, 2012, help break the cycle of violence by running in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon as part of Team Interval House. You can fundraise for Interval House and run in the Marathon, Half-Marathon or 5K.
